"A copy of the official court record" & A good company to Process Waiver"

Madeitbcposted 7 years ago

Need some advice here please. I have had waivers for the past 20 years, usually 5 year terms. I have to apply for a new one, and they have new rules that I have to have

A copy of the official court record from the actual court of conviction indicating plea indictment, conviction and disposition for each and every crime committed

I have written 5 courthouses where I have had convictions. Now of them have replied back to me.

Does anyone have any advice on how to handle getting this information?

Second question is any companies that you refer for doing this work?

Replies (recent first):

I recommend Freedom Canada Pardons and Waivers. they helped me with mine, Even got the court records for me. they did the whole application and they are the cheapest company I called.
