What's the difference between an I-192 and I-194?

Replies (recent first):

I-192 is a name of waiver application form to obtain I94 waiver. When you will received your approved waiver letter at the border CBP officer will staple a I94 card in your passport.

I think it was once an I 194 but is now called I 192. There is 2 waivers 1 to visit and 1 to immigrate.

I 192 to visit non immigrant
I 601 to immigrate.
