I have done a few appeals for clients, and success rate is zero. The time and money it takes is not worth it. I now suggest to clients, wait the year after denial and try a new waiver again. I have had more success doing it this way. Would love to hear from John Rogers and Ken Scott on your success rate with the Appeal Process...Thanks!
