Hi there, I need help with my waiver. I had applied for my first waiver on Jan 29, 2017. ARO sent me my waiver decision letter in June 19, 2017 as per them but I did not receive it. I sent them email to resend me the letter again but they are not replying at all. What should I do? Any other way to contact them? Your help would be appreciated.

You MUST have the original! The guard told me to buy a plastic sleeve. I wouldn't laminate it. Don't lose It! Ever!

First time, applied Apr 13, 2017 approved July 31, received in mail 5 days later with 5 year waiver. Do I need to take the original with me when I cross or can it be a copy, can I laminate the original? What happens if I lose it? Good luck all!

Well, waivers are taking longer under Trump. However, what section of 212 were you charged under? Where did you say yes to sec 212? Did you get an Expedited Removal and 5 year Ban? Did they charge you under 212 6c? We work on these cases all the time.

Can one apply for TN status to work in the US after the waiver is approved. I am applying for Project Manager roles in the US and I just recently received my 5 years waiver?

Received my waiver today, valid for five years.

I applied May 10th at a tiny border crossing between Montana and Saskatchewan, and the waiver is dated July 24th. So it only took 82 days from start to finish. Impressive!

This is my fourth waiver. The first one was valid for 1 year, the second for 3 years, the third for 5 years... and this one for 5 years.

All because of a minor charge from when I was hanging around with the wrong crowd at age 18, over 35 years ago. Never went to jail, and made full restitution at the time... to the tune of about $65.

I can't believe I'm still paying for that lapse in judgement.

I'm sure they will respond. Usually 1 to 2 days. I know someone on here recently had this issue and it was sent to the wrong address BUT they did resend it very quickly.
